It is my absolute pleasure and honour to recommend the services of IQI concept. From the time we got in touch with Miss Liew Zu Vun of IQI concept to the time they handed over the house, it was nothing but impressed with their professionalism and integrity in designing the renovation, project managing the subcontractors, and making value added suggestions. They were on top of their game when it came to technical knowledge and expertise in home renovation, and effectiveness in project implementation.
Artistic and graceful design: I personally impressed by the artistry and grace of the deliverables from IQI Concept that perfectly matched my selection of “Minimalism theme”. IQI Concept’s design layout, colour selection of the wall and tile, all the way to the curation of furniture and fittings fully synchronised with the theme that emphasized on simplicity, utility and elegance.
Effective project management: For those who have experience in house renovation, the pain point of house renovation is to manage a large group of sub-contractors with different timelines, directions and quality of services. It was indeed an onerous task. Nevertheless, Miss Liew Zu Vun, Mr Jeff and the team in IQI Concept have done it very well in taking away this pain point from the house owners.
Transparent communications and offering of options: Throughout the project, there was clear communication from the project manager Mr Jeff to me via group whatsapp. The weekly whatsapp updated me with renovation status, videos and photos to keep me in the loop. In the event of any changes to schedule or alterations of building material etc due to unforeseen circumstances, Miss Liew always communicate and discuss with me upfront on alternation options (with different cost options) for my selection. There were no surprises to me.
Follow up and follow through: IQI Concept team follow up and follow through outstanding matters post house handover, a responsible stance indeed.
Overall recommendations I am happy to vouch that the project was delivered to me exceeded my expectations in many aspects. I have no reservations in giving IQI Concept my highest recommendation. I am confident that any customers who engage IQI Concept will be satisfied.

We had a great working relationship with Ms Qadriya Suhaida, the Senior Project Designer assigned to our renovation project. During the consultation stage, Qadriya took the time to understand what we wanted, while carefully dispensing professional advice. She didn’t dismiss our quirky ideas, but she also didn’t hesitate to make her own suggestions, which we certainly appreciated. The resulting design, we felt, was a good balance of practicality, style and individuality.
The work we wanted done was extensive. Project complications and delays, while never desired, were somewhat expected. Nevertheless, throughout the process, Qadriya and her team kept us apprised of the situation and responded to every challenge as swifty as they could.

I've visited a few ID firms and listen to each pitch before finally deciding on IQI Concept as they gave the best pitch that will fit the desired theme I wanted, which is Japandi.
Besides, their rates were one of the best compared to other firms recommended by Qanvast.
Working with Carmen, Joe and Yee Yin was very easy as the communication was smooth and they were helpful in answer all my queries. They clearly state out the work being done each week with a schedule. Their site supervisor, Zorsen was also very helpful and quick in rectifying issues.
However, due to unforeseen circumstances like the workers contracting COVID-19 and short of staff, the handover date was delayed.
Overall, I'm satisfied with the final look and design of my condo. I would recommend IQI Concept 5/5.

We were pleased with IQI's professionalism, expertise, and customer service orientation. A year after they completed our main renovation, we hired them for a second renovation project. They use skilled contractors across every trade (e.g. carpentry, plumbing, electrics, landscape, furniture, tiling) and have a reliable core team. IQI coordinated all the contractors and jobs, which was a huge relief for us. They generally have someone on site to supervise the work. Their price is competitive and good value for money. For most components, they will provide you with high and low cost options. I would recommend them to others looking for attentive, creative, and professional designers.
